Keith Gilliam

Keith Gillam built one of Canada’s largest private real estate construction companies, whereby its managed volume exceeded $800 million. He also served as the Chairman and CEO of Vanbots Construction until 2008.

Vanbots was then acquired by Carillon Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Carillion pc, a large UK-based services organization with an annual revenue of $10M and over 40,000 staff. Keith led the role of Chairman of Carillion Canada from 2008 to 2010.

At M Realty, Keith provides high level direction, support, and guidance to the entire M Realty team.

Jack Scivoletto

Jack Scivoletto served as President of KML Engineered Homes Ltd., a subsidiary of Genesis Worldwide Inc. since October 2007 until March 5, 2009. Mr. Scivoletto has vast experience in the construction industry. He began his business career in 1984 with a family-owned framing and construction business. He worked with many successful builders helping to create new communities for thousands of families. Over the course of 23 years, Mr. Scivoletto developed an outstanding reputation as one of the top builders in Ontario Canada.

Recognized as an expert in the construction and development arena, Jack Scivoletto honed his experience with the erection of numerous low and high rise residential and commercial properties across the Greater Toronto Area, and is committed to the development of properties that enhance their surrounding communities.

His recent projects include three mixed use projects on Yonge Street with on average of 1,000,000 sq feet of condo, towns, commercial and retail spaces between six towers across three distinct properties.

Sunny Matharoo

Sunny Matharoo has over 20 years of experience across a diverse set of vertical industries, including the real estate and technology sectors. Horizontal leadership activities include strategic marketing, operational management, technology development, business start-ups, as well as mergers & acquisitions.

His spectrum of experience has been earned within several blue chip companies. Sunny graduated from London University with a degree in Engineering, followed by an MBA in which he specialized in the strategic and operational management of technology systems. He achieved member status with several professional institutions, including: the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the Institute of Engineering and Technology, the British Computer Society and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Sunny worked on some of the biggest technology infrastructure projects delivered in Europe, the largest valued at over $12 billion. Often acting as the lead consultant or program director, he spent a number of years developing leading edge technology through development teams and providing input to the world’s largest global technology standards bodies.

With regards to real estate, Sunny was a member of the Federation of Master Builders and National Housing Building Council in the UK. Sunny has extensive real estate development experience spanning across public and private sectors. Another core competence for Sunny has been the setting up and management of real estate managed funds for investors which is accompanied with a wealth of knowledge in the area of North American securities laws and general compliance.

Narinder Seehra

Narinder Seehra has more than 25 years of corporate and financial experience in a multitude of industries ranging from healthcare, IT, real estate, insurance, publishing, asset management and fund management. He has worked in a varying degree of sized organizations ranging from start up companies to public corporations. He has been involved with private placements, management buy-outs, re-structuring and re-organizations and is a specialist in identifying high yielding properties and development projects that generate lucrative returns on investment.   Prior to M Realty, Narinder has a wealth of real estate acquisition and development experience having been an avid real estate investor since 1995 in London, England and having continued his investment strategy upon his arrival to Canada in 2003. Narinder is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a graduate of Huddersfield University in England, holding a Bachelor of Honors degree in Accounting Studies.

Domenic Di Gironimo

Domenic has led leadership operational and finance roles with some of the largest private property, commercial, hospitality and residential developments across Canada and US for over 40 years.

He helped lead the financing and development for over $2B of financing across a series of projects and managed the portfolio for family offices and private equity firms focused on real estate developments.

During his last role as Chief Financial Officer of Lalu Canada Inc., he led a $1B equity and $300M of debt financing raise from private and institutional investors.

He also built a quaintly surveyor and accounting practice and grew a team of 20 business and financial analysts, and accounting specialists.

Shoaib Khan

Shoaib Khan is a serial entrepreneur, business owner, community leader and philanthropist who has founded, built and scaled several projects, ventures and communities with and for some of the biggest brands and companies in the world.

He was in leadership roles in areas of strategy, design, development, project management, business development, sales, marketing, revenue management, financing, technology, and customer service.

Google, AOL, Dell, WB, Nestle, Unilever, Pepsi, Oxford Properties, Cadillac Fairview, Tridel, Great Gulf, Menkes, Honda, General Motors, Audi, Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, Aeroplan, RBC, BMO, TD Canada Trust, World Vision, UNICEF, BlackBerry, Sprint and T Mobile, are just some of the brands Shoaib, his team, and his group of companies have worked alongside over the years of their service and investments.

Shoaib led M Realty’s portfolio by leading its development and private equity practice with Lalu Canada, where he grew the company from 2 to 65 employees, with over $1B of assets under ownership within two years.

Dr. Paul Gabriel Ph.D.

Dr. Gabriel has over 30 years of experience in directing and managing large scale planning, design, and construction projects. He has a broad range of skills in the strategic design and planning of development, and project implementation. Along with professional practice, he taught design and planning in the United States and Abroad. He has also served as a professional advisor to clients and juror on International design and planning competitions. He managed projects in Phoenix, Dubai, and Luxembourg. In Phoenix, along with teaching at ASU, he was the principal architect planner at a large engineering firm and a project manager with Maricopa county.

In Luxembourg and Dubai he worked with Hill International and with Tetra Tech International on managing projects and promoting business opportunities. In Phoenix he acted as the Phoenix executive project manager for Faithful +Gould/ Atkins.

Currently Dr. Gabriel is the Executive Vice President of M Realty, and will be working with the leadership team, City of Peoria and the entire project team for this exciting project.

Marcus Gilliam

A project and construction management specialist with experience in the planning and delivery of complex construction projects.

His experience includes a wide range of projects across various sectors and internationally, with a focus on extensive pre-construction planning, design management and risk management techniques. Marcus believes successful projects do not happen by chance, but rather they are the result of deliberate planning on behalf of project stakeholders.

Jim Brown

Jim Brown has been in the commercial sales and leasing business, where he managed, serviced and closed over billions of dollars in real estate over the last 25 years.

He has held Manager, Senior Vice President and Managing Director roles within some of the largest real estate companies in the world, including but not limited to Cadillac Fairview, Oxford Properties, Colliers, DTZ, Cushman & Wakefield, and Royal LePage.

Jim is still a very active member of the business community. Furthermore, he founded several businesses and was a founder and pioneer in the co-working office space business models. His passion for early stage, technologies and innovation makes him a very special asset to our group and all the partners we work with.

Linda Mitchell

For more than 35 years, Linda Mitchell has been deeply entrenched in real estate developments.

She’s led 60+ condominium developments, with a total of $5+ billion in revenue.

She’s worked with developers, sales teams, architects, and marketing agencies, Linda’s extensive breadth of expertise in both low-rise and high-rise projects spans the complete development cycle, with a trusted reputation for her keen understanding of trends in product development, cost savings, pricing, and suite mix strategy to design efficiently, increase value, and optimize revenues.

Linda directs teams of architects on how to structure and lay out their developments with the right suite mix, unit sizes, and location within the building, suggests storage solutions and functional designs, and advises on amenity trends, sales office layouts, media plans, and more. Her insight and expertise have helped to launch some of the city’s most successful and celebrated condominium properties and master-planned communities.

Raza Khan

Raza Khan has global experience in a variety of sectors such as banking, real estate, asset management and entertainment.

Raza started his career as a university student by co-founding one of Canada’s most successful live entertainment brands. He further honed his professional skills in a client advisory capacity at TD Canada Trust, where he developed a love for investments and finance. This passion naturally grew into asset management and real estate, and led him to start a private family investment fund based out of Riyadh. Raza further exposed himself to the GCC market by under taking an asset management role at a large family office in Qatar, where he had the opportunity to cover markets like Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, UK and the United States.

Upon his return to Toronto, Raza blended his previous experience by joining Clearoute and M Worldwide Inc. where he actively coordinates, manages and develop opportunities in various sectors such as Real Estate, Finance, CPG and Entertainment.

Raza Khan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Guelph, and an advanced diploma in International Business from the Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in Toronto, Canada.
